How do I book an appointment?
Schedule by using our online schedule, by using our app The Wellness Hub – Tx, or by giving us a call at 210-251-4560.
Do I have to book an appointment?
No, but it is recommended to secure the service you are wanting to use.
Can I book an appointment without having a membership?
Of course! You can book online, through our app, giving us a text at 210-251-4560, or by giving us a call.
How long do the services take?
Compressions – 30 min
Red Light Therapy – 20 min
Infrared sauna – Up to 45 min
Cold Plunge – Up to 10 min
Stretch Therapy – 30 min
There are buffer times built in when scheduling.
What is the minimum age to use services?
We have a 12 and up age requirement on IR sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy. We have a 10 and up requirement on stretch therapy and compressions.
Can I bring my kids with me?
What's your cancellation policy?
We require two hours notice for up to two services. Anything over two services requires twelve hours notice.
Do credits/visits roll over to the next month if unused?
Foundation membership day passes do not roll over and reset every month. Step Up membership credits do roll over for 90 days. The Daily Reset membership is unlimited every month.
Can I share my membership?
The Step up membership is the only sharable membership. You can have one other authorized user and can change this user every 6 months.
Do I have to stay a member for a minimum amount of months?
No. Every membership is month to month and requires a 30 day cancellation notice.
How does the Foundation membership work?
You are allowed 4 visits to The Wellness Hub each month. In each visit you have unlimited access to all of our core services.
Can I come to The Wellness Hub twice in a day with the Foundation membership?

Can I pause my membership?
Yes you can pause your membership up to 3 months in a calendar year.
How do I cancel my membership?
